20,000 ft² conversion of a hotel into 19 apartments as part of a BTR project with a value of £2.9m. This was a 15-month project with very tight site access in a residential area.
The Fairways – Kingsgate, Kent
18 luxury apartments on the site of a listed former college plus extension. Works included demolition and strip out, groundworks and full construction.
Private house in Birchington, Kent
Partial demolition of a detached chalet bungalow to create a 5000 ft² 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom detached house after refurbishment and extension on a plot size of 0.5 acre. Project value of £650,000.
Briary Fields – Westgate, Kent
